Our first major investment, this popular outlet was established in a prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road in 2003. Because this location was accessible to a range of specific target segments including local residents, business customers and late night customers, we were able to grow and diversify our offering to the point where we now have 500 covers in three retail spaces and a large courtyard. The menu caters to a range of styles to appeal to our broad customer base and includes Lebanese, Iranian, Chinese and Italian sections, as well as a range of quality Arabic sweets.
One of the shops houses a large kitchen which serves the other three areas. Another space operates as a coffee shop while the other retail space offers restaurant-style seating. The courtyard is very popular throughout the cooler months and serves both day and nighttime customers. It is also a very popular shisha location.
Ayoush Restaurant and Café has been a great success because it caters accurately for its various target segments and has helped us to develop our expertise in both the restaurant and shisha businesses.
